Cut the ham into cubes. Peel and cut the peppers into pieces.
Put 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a pan along with the ham and corn. Fry for about 7 minutes.
Add the chopped peppers, 1/2 tablespoon salt, pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon paprika, 20 g Parmesan, 4 eggs and chili flakes to taste.
Continue to fry, stirring lightly with a wooden spoon for about 7-8 minutes.
