Step by step method
Chop the 3 grape tomatoes into small cubes
Chop the 1/2 green peppers into small cubes
In a frying pan pour some sunflower oil and some olive oil with herbs. Preheat the pan.
Place the peppers, the tomatoes and crush the feta cheese on top.
Add the spices: salt , black pepper, red pepper and savory. Let it simmer for about 30 sec to 1 min.
Crack the eggs and slowly start to stir them. And cook for about 2 minutes.
