Step by step method

STEP 1 

Chop the 3 grape tomatoes into small cubes

STEP 2 

Chop the 1/2 green peppers into small cubes

STEP 3 

In a frying pan pour some sunflower oil and some olive oil with herbs. Preheat the pan.

STEP 4 

Place the peppers, the tomatoes and crush the feta cheese on top.

STEP 5 

Add the spices: salt , black pepper, red pepper and savory. Let it simmer for about 30 sec to 1 min.

STEP 6 

Crack the eggs and slowly start to stir them. And cook for about 2 minutes.

Tips & variations

  • If you don't have a plant to leave the grape tomatoes to sundry on the plant, you can use canned sun-dried tomatoes.
